Phone Break does not collect your data
Phone Break has no account, advertising, analytics, cloud sync, or external server. The app does not send your Screen Time information to the developer or any third party.
What stays on your iPhone
The app stores only the opaque tokens needed to remember your selected apps, restriction settings, and weekly aggregate counters. Individual app names and usage durations remain inside Apple’s protected Screen Time report environment.
Screen Time permission
Screen Time permission is used only to show on-device usage guidance and apply the restrictions you choose. You can revoke permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
Children and health information
Phone Break is a general digital-wellbeing tool. It is not a medical product, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
Deletion and contact
Delete Phone Break from your iPhone to remove its on-device data. You can also revoke Screen Time permission in iPhone Settings.

スマホひと休みは、アカウント、広告、解析、クラウド同期、外部サーバを使用しません。Screen Timeの情報を開発者や第三者へ送信しません。
選んだアプリを記憶するための識別情報、制限設定、週間の集計値だけを端末内に保存します。個別のアプリ名と利用時間は、Appleが保護するScreen Timeの表示環境内に留まります。
Screen Timeの許可は、端末内の利用目安の表示と、利用者が選んだ制限の適用だけに使います。許可はiPhoneの設定からいつでも取り消せます。
本アプリは一般的なデジタルウェルビーイングのためのツールであり、医療行為、診断、治療ではありません。
端末内のデータは、スマホひと休みをiPhoneから削除すると消去できます。
